LZJ ESOLEEN LTD operates two primary service offerings:

To access the RMS platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Subscription & Billing

Access to the RMS platform requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the RMS platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity

We reserve the right to request proper due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time before issuing payments. This may include but is not limited to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LZJ ESOLEEN LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LZJ ESOLEEN LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
